Cheese and Onion Crisps (Baked)

Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 50 g Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas Mark 6).
  2. 2Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. 3In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
  6. 6Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7Let cool slightly before serving.
