Ingredients

  • 4 cups Coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca pearls (small)
  • 4 medium Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 slice Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the tapioca pearls under cold water.
  2. 2In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, tapioca pearls, sugar, ginger, and salt.
  3. 3Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the tapioca pearls are translucent, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4Peel and slice the bananas. Add them to the saucepan.
  5. 5Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the bananas are heated through.
  6. 6Remove from heat and serve warm.
