Chana Masala (Spiced Chickpea Snack) recipe by Safe Plated

Chana Masala (Spiced Chickpea Snack)

A flavorful and protein-packed chickpea snack cooked in a spiced tomato-based sauce. This recipe uses a longer simmering time to help thicken the sauce naturally, negating the need for a thickening agent that might contain egg.
