  • 1 medium Bell Pepper (any color)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Sour Cream (e.g., Tofutti)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
