Ingredients

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)
  • 20 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Gently wash the 1 pint of cherry tomatoes and the 20 leaves of fresh basil leaves under cool running water. Pat them completely dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. 2Carefully thread one cherry tomato, one 8 oz ball of fresh mozzarella, and one basil leaf onto each skewer. Repeat this pattern until the skewers are full, or you have used all the ingredients.
  3. 3Arrange the prepared skewers in a single layer on your serving platter.
  4. 4Measure out the 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze and the 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. 5Evenly drizzle the 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze and the 1 tablespoon of olive oil over all the skewers on the platter.
