Cajun Spiced Sweet Potato Fries with Creole Mayo

Ingredients

  • 2 large Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Creole mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. 4Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5While fries are baking, prepare Creole mayo by whisking together mayonnaise, Creole mustard, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  6. 6Serve fries immediately with Creole mayo for dipping.
