Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Fermented Tea Leaves (Lahpet)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Sliced Tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Fried Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 0.25 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce (Vegan)
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1If the 0.5 cup Fermented Tea Leaves (Lahpet) feel very wet, gently pat them dry using a paper towel.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the dried 0.5 cup Fermented Tea Leaves (Lahpet), 1 cup Shredded Cabbage, 1 cup Sliced Tomatoes, 0.25 cup Fried Garlic, 0.25 cup Roasted Peanuts, 0.25 cup Sunflower Seeds, and 0.25 cup Sesame Seeds.
  3. 3In a separate small bowl, whisk together the 2 tbsp Fish Sauce (Vegan), 2 tbsp Lime Juice, and 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil until well combined.
  4. 4Pour the dressing mixture evenly over the ingredients in the large bowl.
  5. 5Toss all the ingredients together gently but thoroughly, ensuring the dressing coats everything.
  6. 6Serve the Lahpet Thoke immediately.
