Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 can Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 slices Toast

Instructions

  1. 1Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
  4. 4Stir in turmeric powder and chili powder.
