Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Green beans
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Firm Tofu

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3Add the carrots and green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened.
  4. 4Add the cooked rice and turmeric powder and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5Pour in the soy sauce and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
  6. 6Stir in tofu, mix well for even distribution. Serve hot.
