Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • For rolling as needed Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, cacao powder, and honey.
  2. 2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a fudgy consistency.
  3. 3Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. 4Let the mixture cool completely in the refrigerator.
  5. 5Once cooled, roll the mixture into small balls.
  6. 6Roll each ball in shredded coconut.
  7. 7Serve chilled.
