Brigadeiro (Chocolate Fudge Balls)

Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
  2. 2Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan (about 10-15 minutes).
  3. 3Transfer the mixture to a buttered plate or bowl and let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
  4. 4Once cooled, roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. 5Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
  6. 6Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
