Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
  2. 2Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan (about 10-15 minutes).
  3. 3Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  4. 4Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray.
  5. 5Roll small portions of the cooled mixture into balls.
  6. 6Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
  7. 7Place the brigadeiros in mini paper cups or on a serving platter.
  8. 8Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.
