  • 0.5 cup Tapioca Flour (Sour)
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Minas Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a saucepan, combine milk, water, and oil. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3Remove from heat and quickly stir in tapioca flour until well combined.
