  • 1/2 tsp Shrimp Paste
  • 2 tbsp Scallions
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Brush both sides of the 2 sheets of rice paper with the 1 tsp of vegetable oil.
  2. 2Place one sheet of the oiled rice paper in a dry, non-stick skillet or on a grill over medium-high heat (204.4°C / 200°C).
  3. 3Immediately spread the about 57 g of ground pork evenly over the surface of the rice paper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the pork begins to brown.

  5. 5Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the rice paper is crispy and golden brown, and the pork is cooked through (internal temperature of 72°C / 71°C).
  6. 6Carefully fold the rice paper in half using a spatula, enclosing the toppings.
  7. 7Slide the folded Bánh Tráng Nướng onto a plate and serve immediately.
