Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Pork Loin
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 leaves Bay Leaf
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 rolls Gluten-Free Rolls
  • 4 teaspoons Mustard

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare the pork: Slice the pork loin very thinly. Pound the slices slightly to tenderize them.
  2. 2Make the marinade: In a bowl, combine minced garlic, white wine, paprika, bay leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Marinate the pork: Add the pork slices to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight) in the refrigerator.
  4. 4Cook the pork: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade (discard the bay leaves) and cook in batches until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5Assemble the sandwiches: Slice the gluten-free rolls in half. Spread mustard on the bottom halves of the rolls. Add the cooked pork to the rolls.
  6. 6Serve: Serve the bifanas immediately.
