Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 each Tapioca Flour Rolls
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 each Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the pork tenderloin into thin cutlets.
  2. 2In a bowl, mince the garlic and mix with white wine, olive oil, paprika, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Marinate the pork cutlets in this mixture for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).
  3. 3Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
  4. 4Warm the gluten-free tapioca flour rolls.
  5. 5Assemble the bifanas by placing the cooked pork inside each roll. Serve immediately.
