Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Pork Loin
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 leaves Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dairy-Free Butter
  • 4 buns Gluten-Free Buns

Instructions

  1. 1Slice pork loin into thin cutlets.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix garlic, white wine, paprika, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Marinate pork cutlets for at least 20 minutes.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork cutlets and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4Melt dairy-free butter in the skillet. Toast gluten-free buns in the butter.
  5. 5Place pork cutlets on buns and serve hot.
