Bhutan (Roasted Peanuts)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the raw peanuts with turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and mustard oil.
  3. 3Spread the seasoned peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. 4Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the peanuts are golden brown and fragrant, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  5. 5Remove from the oven and let the peanuts cool completely before serving.
  6. 6Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
