Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cassava
  • 1/2 cup Grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Peel the 1 pound of cassava. Place the peeled cassava in a pot and cover it with water. Boil the cassava until it is tender when pierced with a fork, which should take about 20-30 minutes. Drain the cassava completely and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
  3. 3Add the 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of grated cheese, and 1/4 cup of condensed milk to the mashed cassava. Mix everything together until it is well combined.
  4. 4Grease a baking dish. Spoon the cassava mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. 5Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly puffed.
  6. 6Let the Baked Singkong Keju cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
