Baked Fish with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 6oz White Fish Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 large Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Place the 4 6oz White Fish Fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. 3Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil evenly over the fish fillets.
  4. 4Cut the 1 large Lemon in half. Squeeze the juice from one half over the fish. Cut the other half into thin slices and place them on top of the fish fillets.
  5. 5Peel and mince the 2 cloves Garlic. Finely chop the 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley and the 0.25 cup Fresh Dill. Sprinkle the minced garlic and chopped herbs evenly over the fish.
  6. 6Season the fish with the 0.5 teaspoon Salt and the 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper.
  7. 7Bake for 15-20 minutes. The fish is done when it is opaque and flakes easily when gently pressed with a fork. For best results, check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. 8Serve the baked fish immediately.
