Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 cups Plant-Based Milk (soy, oat, or coconut)
  • 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 medium Diced Apple

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 6-cup muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the 3 cups of Rolled Oats, 1 cup of Unsweetened Applesauce, 2 cups of Plant-Based Milk, 0.5 cup of Maple Syrup, 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder, 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon, and 0.25 teaspoon of Salt.
  3. 3Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined. Then, stir in the 1 medium Diced Apple.
  4. 4Divide the oatmeal mixture evenly among the 6 prepared muffin cups.
  5. 5Bake for 20-25 minutes. The cups are ready when the tops are golden brown and appear set.
  6. 6Allow the baked oatmeal cups to cool slightly in the muffin tin for a few minutes before carefully removing them to serve.
