Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Creamed corn
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  3. 3Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium heat. Pour batter onto the pan to form a pancake.
  4. 4Cook until bubbles form on the surface. Sprinkle sugar and creamed corn over half of the pancake.
