Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Clams
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
