Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 leaves Bay Leaves
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. 3Add peanuts to the pan and sauté for a few minutes, until slightly toasted.
  4. 4Pour in coconut aminos and apple cider vinegar. Add bay leaves and black peppercorns.
  5. 5Simmer until the liquid is absorbed and the peanuts are coated with the adobo sauce. This should take about 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
